The Smørrebrød Selection was a perfect introduction to Danish cuisine! Each open-faced sandwich had such distinct flavors, especially loved the herring with capers. The Stegt Flæsk med Persillesovs lived up to its reputation as Denmark's national dish - the pork belly was perfectly crispy and the parsley sauce was heavenly. Will definitely be returning to try more dishes!
I was hesitant to try the Tarteletter med Høns i Asparges as I wasn't familiar with it, but it was the highlight of my meal! The pastry shells were buttery and flaky, and the chicken and asparagus filling was deliciously creamy. The Brændende Kærlighed is comfort food at its finest - who knew mashed potatoes with bacon and caramelized onions could be so satisfying? A hidden gem for authentic Danish food!
As someone with Danish heritage, I was thrilled to find your restaurant. The Fiskefrikadeller brought back childhood memories - perfectly seasoned and the remoulade sauce was spot-on. However, the Flæskesteg could have had crispier crackling, though the red cabbage side was excellent. Overall, it's wonderful to have such authentic Danish cuisine available locally!
